    Job Title: Legal Clerk/Admin

    Type: Contract Assignment, possible extension

    Start Date: asap

    End Date: 3/21/26

    Location: Burbank CA

    Pay Rate: $35/hour

    Work Schedule: Hybrid role; In-Office days Mon.-Thurs., Fri. Remote

    Overview - This is an admin support role for a legal department.

    • Tasks: handle incoming invoices/records, ad-hoc research
    • Must have experience with the MS Suite, particularly Excel.
    • Must be detail-oriented and be able to multitask is a quickly moving environment.

    Job Tasks

    • Invoice Setup
    • Post invoices
    • Gather information for vendor setup forms
    • Research
    • Post Law Firm Memos
    • Pull/Order Articles, Cases
    • Monitor shared inbox

    Basic Qualifications

    • Records handling
    • Conduct Quality Assurance of scanned physical documents against online scans
    • Order/Receive boxes
    • Prep boxes for scanning
    • Track Insider Brief timeline and gather content
    • Review Insider post drafts

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with Thomson Reuters legal billing tool and SAP
    • Invoicing experience is a plus
    • Education - BA/BS pref.
    • Must have experience with the MS Suite, particularly Excel.
    • Must be detail-oriented and be able to multitask is a quickly moving and high-volume environment.
