- Post Law Firm Memos
- Pull/Order Articles, Cases
- Monitor shared inbox
- Records handling
- Conduct Quality Assurance of scanned physical documents against online scans
- Order/Receive boxes
- Prep boxes for scanning
- Track Insider Brief timeline and gather content
- Review Insider post drafts
- Experience with Thomson Reuters legal billing tool and SAP
- Invoicing experience is a plus
- Education - BA/BS pref.
