    LOCATED IN OFFICE IN SAN MARCOS, CA

    Are you looking to gain valuable experience in the exciting world of real estate? We're seeking a highly motivated and organized intern to assist with our marketing, event planning, and general admin support.

    As a real estate intern, you'll have the chance to work closely with our experienced team and learn the ins and outs of the industry. You'll assist with creating and implementing marketing campaigns, planning and coordinating events and handling a variety of administrative tasks.

    In this role, you'll be able to develop your skills in marketing, event planning, and customer service while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You'll have the chance to learn from and collaborate with experienced professionals, and you'll be able to see the impact of your work firsthand.

    The internship position provides educational experience which serves as compensation. You will be learning invaluable skills and gaining hands-on experience in the industry.     Compensation: Academic Credit Through Internship Program

    Responsibilities:
    • Assisting with creating and implementing marketing campaigns
    • Planning and coordinating events
    • Handling a variety of administrative tasks
    • Answering and directing phone calls
    • Assisting with social media content
    • Data entry and management
    • Researching and gathering information related to the real estate market
    • Assisting with scheduling and coordinating appointments
    • Providing support to other team members as needed
    • Attending and participating in team meetings
    • Collaborating with other departments and professionals in the field
    • Shadowing and learning from experienced professionals in the industry
    Qualifications:
    • Located in or near San Marcos, CA
    • Currently enrolled in a college or university program related to marketing, business or real estate
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
    • Familiarity with social media platforms
    • Strong research and analytical skills
    • Experience in marketing or event planning is a plus
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
