    Project Manager

    The Project Manager will oversee the delivery of a task to develop and implement a plan to coordinate efforts to drive strategic change with internal and external stakeholder, conduct organizational and operating model analyses to foster a diverse, equitable, inclusive, and accessible workplace culture, foster collaboration to identify opportunities and implement strategies for improvement, engage in effective marketing and branding to create an enterprise-wide identity that provides clarity, consistency, and evokes connection to diversity and inclusion principles.

    Assist in tracking major projects, coordinating across teams, and monitoring compliance with standards and security practices
    Develop schedules and tracking progress for major initiatives and KPIs
    Escalate risks and preparing executive briefings
    Responsible for operational management and execution of project(s)
    Monitoring SLAs, and compliance with service resolution and ISO processes
    Initiate, execute, and close out projects of varying scope, size, and complexity
    Source and evaluate customer requirements
    Serves as the POC for the technical performance, cost, schedule, staffing, and reporting for the project(s)
    Communicates new requirements, concerns, and issues to PMO for resolution
    Provides for the welfare of the personnel and the enhancement of the contract, to include optimizing the balance between resources of manpower, equipment, time, materials and money
    Responsible for keeping the company, corporate management, and interested US Government personnel apprised on current status of operations and maintenance and any other special interest items
    Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested
    Track troubleshooting and issue resolution progress and actions

    Support and participate in internal, Steel Point activities, including training programs and courses in order to stay current on training requirements and continuously improve technical skills.

    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with concentration in Human Resource Management or related field.
    Ten (10) years of experience managing complex projects and familiarity with Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Accessibility programs.
    PMP Certification preferred, but not required.
