As a Cloud Operations Team Lead, will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent service delivery, and improving team efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You and your team will manage, administer, support, and enhance cloud environments, ensuring continuous improvement and rapid problem resolution.

Through applying advanced consulting skills and extensive te chn ical expertise, you will understand your customer's cloud operations environment andenhance mission impact by ensuring the environment is operational 24 / 7 / 365.

You Have:
7+ years of experience in a systems or solution development role, including as a systems engineer in DevOps or Cloud Engineering
Experience as a te chn i cia n supporting a 24 / 7 / 365 operations center
Experience managing or leading a te chn ical team in an operational environment
Experience supporting or engineering for afloat networks such as CANES
Experience in Cloud OPS, including troubleshooting performance or access to cloud applications
Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, VBScript, or Python
Experience mentoring, training, and developing new teammates
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor's degree in IT or CS
IAT2 level DoD 8570 Industry Certification such as Security+ Certification, and Cloud Te chn ology Certification such as AWS Certified or Micro sof t Certified: Azure Administrator Certification

You Have:
Experience as a team lead for a Cloud-focused help desk or operations center
Experience with prior military service supporting te chn ical operations
Top Secret clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $96,700.00 to $220, annualized USD).

The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
