- Trainees are paid $650/week for 4-6 weeks of training with a mentor if under 6 months experience.
- After training pay is per mile sliding pay scale which comes out to between $1500-$1800 a week
- Experienced drivers range from per mile sliding pay scale depending on years of experience.
- $5 for the first stop. $15 each additional stop.
- .06 per mile monthly bonus for over 8200 miles driven, no accidents, fuel at 7 MPG.
- Full benefits that kick in after 30 days including medical, dental, 401K and PTO
