    Description

    Job Title : Program Manager

    Client : Infosys/Comcast

    Location : Philadelphia, PA (Onsite)

    Type : Long term contract (12+ Months)

    Job description:

    · 8-10 yrs. of experience

    . End to End Program Management experience

    . Driving initiatives of KPI/SLA's of overall program,

    . Handling large number of Team..

    · Support initiatives for partners relationships, squad/ scrum support: bug burn downs, ceremonies, crew and squad met

    · Candidates will be part of Program Management Office

    · Experience in cable/telecom ,RDK,CPE devices preferred

    · Experience in Agile processes, Acting as Scrum master, Scrum, host meeting, share status reports and communication between division & engineering teams

    · Manages project status and information in the form of formal briefings, project update meetings, and written, electronic, and reports. Present status and report to Senior Management Team.

    · Addresses problems through risk management and contingency planning and presents solutions and/or options to executive management

    · Must possess strong knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques

    · Expert in project management and MS office tools

    · Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    · Excellent organizational and time management skills.
