The Customer Experience Director (CED) plays a critical role in fostering and sustaining strong relationships with General Managers, Company & Stage Managers, producers, and internal partners—ensuring every interaction reflects the Hudson's standard of excellence.This role is a core member of the front-of-house leadership team,
serving as Manager on Duty during performances and ensuring a seamless,
welcoming, and guest-focused experience for every audience.
