    We are looking to add new talent to our growing team We are currently seeking a Senior Technical Specialist to join our Data Management and Visualization team.

    We offer the opportunity to collaborate closely with colleagues and clients on challenging projects in the fields of geotechnical engineering, environmental geology, risk assessment, and natural-resource management.

    This is a full-time role located in Cincinnati, OH office.


    DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIESThe successful candidate will:
    Manage and analyze environmental data for all types of environmental investigations.
    Create and/or improve processes to increase efficiency and data quality.

    Approach each task, regardless of size and scope, as an opportunity to rethink the conventional ways data is collected, managed, visualized, and delivered.

    Produce concise, clear, and compelling data products with a keen eye for aesthetics, accuracy, and details.
    Provide guidance in value-added ways for our scientists and engineers to leverage data to make informed decisions.
    Work closely with teams working in other offices across the US.Understand project requirements and client needs.

    SKILLS/EXPERIENCEBS/BA degree in a science-related field statistics or related subject with minimum 10 years of environmental data management and analysis experience in environmental consulting industry.

    Strong data manipulation and analysis skills using a variety of tools and software packages.
    Demonstratable ability to manage environmental data throughout its life cycle from field sampling through reporting and analysis.
    Knowledge of Federal and state environmental regulatory requirements.
    Skilled at determining the best way to present tabular data depending on project needs.

    Experience preparing data for integrated visualization and spatial analysis in platforms such as Leapfrog, EVS, or ArcGISAbout Haley & AldrichHaley & Aldrich is committed to delivering the value our clients need from their capital, operations, and environmental projects.
