Job Description:

Casper is seeking a dedicated and passionate Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to provide exceptional customer service, maintain product knowledge, and contribute to the success of our retail stores.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service to every individual who enters our store
Foster strong relationships with customers through clienteling and email correspondence
Help maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting guest contact information and inviting them to trial our products
Maintain in-depth product knowledge and expertise
Ensure the visual integrity of the store space
Create and process in-store sales
Process and receive inventory replenishments
Assist with setting up and executing community programs and events
Record and relay recurring customer feedback and insights to internal teams to continuously improve the customer experience

Requirements:

Ability to work at the frontline of a fast-paced and growing brand
Understanding and appreciation of experiential retail
Proficiency in Mac and Google suite (a plus)
Availability to work a minimum of 2 days a week with weekend availability
Physical ability to move boxes weighing up to 150 lbs and stand for long periods
