    Location: Onalaska, WI

    Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

    Department: Logistics

    Salary: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

    Purpose & Summary: As the Logistics Brokerage Coordinator, you will be responsible for arranging third party inbound and outbound freight, and fostering relationships with shippers and carriers. As the go-to resource for coordinating third-party logistics, your role will be pivotal in maintaining seamless communication between team members and customers throughout the transportation process. Your expertise guarantees timely pickups and deliveries, all while optimizing costs for efficient solutions. Day-to-day tasks and responsibilities may include:

    • Coordinating transportation
    • Negotiating freight rates
    • Data entry & tracking of inbound and outbound material
    • Providing excellent customer service

    Requirements & Qualifications: We require a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as one year of relevant experience. Ideal candidates will be familiar with warehouse processes and the trucking industry. Additional qualifications include:

    • Experience as a freight broker
    • Knowledge of the transportation industry
    • Fluent in the Microsoft Office Suite
    • Excellent computer skills
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Quick problem-solving skills
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Critical thinker with the ability to work with minimal direct supervision

    Outstanding candidates may also possess these preferred qualifications:

    • Knowledge of Department of Transportation Regulations
    • Experience using DAT
    • Experience using a TMS system
    • Knowledge of import/exports process
    • LTL or White Glove experience
