    Job DescriptionSalary:

    Atlas Manpower is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse with experience in dialysis to join our team. The Registered Nurse - Dialysis will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), a state license as a registered nurse, current CPR certification, and at least 2 years of experience as a dialysis nurse.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform assessments of patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
    • Administer dialysis treatment according to physician orders and established protocols.
    • Monitor patients' vital signs and assess for any adverse reactions during dialysis.
    • Educate patients and their families about dialysis treatment, medication management, and lifestyle modifications.
    • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
    • Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately and timely.
    • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
    • Maintain a clean and safe environment in the dialysis unit.
    • Stay updated on best practices and advancements in dialysis care.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
    • State license as a registered nurse (RN).
    • Current CPR certification.
    • At least 2 years of experience as a dialysis nurse.
    • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dialysis procedures and equipment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
