- I will prepare SoNapa Grille menu items following all SoNapa Grille recipes and specifications.
- I will follow all food portioning controls.
- I will understand and follow all food allergy procedures according to SoNapa Grille standards.
- I will follow all food safety standards for our guests.
- I will be aware of my station at all times and communicate clearly and professionally with my chef and my leadership team.
- I will communicate all food delays or issues with my chef and my leadership team.
- I will maintain proper personal hygiene by washing hands often and according to food safety guidelines.
- I will maintain a clean and safe working environment during the shift.
- I will adhere to the SoNapa Grille uniforms standards at all times during my shift.
- I will help with other tasks including trash, floors, and any other tasks assigned to me.
- I will perform all side work assigned and leave my area clean and sanitized at the end of each shift.
- I will maintain a positive, upbeat attitude every shift.
- I should have some knowledge of a full-service, high-volume kitchen.
- I must be able to read and understand recipe cards.
- I must be able to work in a team environment.
- I must be able to get to and from work.
- I must be punctual.
- I must be physically able to bend, reach and lift heavy items.
- I must be able to work in a standing position for up to 8 hours.
