    Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Future Opportunities

    Location: Chicago, IL

    Type: Contract (Future Role)

    SIC is presently formulating new contracts and actively seeking talented RNs and LPNs to meet upcoming needs in Chicago. We offer exceptional opportunities for nursing professionals who are enthusiastic about advancing in their careers and making a difference in patient care.

    Job Description:

    We are looking for dedicated and skilled RNs and LPNs for upcoming contracts. These positions will play a crucial role in providing top-notch patient care in various healthcare settings. The ideal candidates will be adaptable, prepared for new challenges, and dedicated to delivering exceptional nursing care.

    Responsibilities:

    • RN Responsibilities:
      • Administer and coordinate patient care in alignment with medical plans and scope of practice.
      • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to offer comprehensive patient care.
      • Manage medication administration, routine procedures, and patient progress.
      • Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and adherence to facility policies.
    • LPN Responsibilities:
      • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians.
      • Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
      • Assist in patient monitoring and report any changes in condition to the RN or physician.
      • Maintain precise patient records and documentation.

    Requirements:

    • For RNs:
      • Active RN license in good standing.
      • Minimum three years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care environment.
      • Strong clinical competencies with a patient-focused approach.
      • Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
      • Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
    • For LPNs:
      • Current LPN license in good standing.
      • At least two years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
      • Strong clinical skills and a compassionate patient care approach.
      • Ability to work effectively in a team.
      • Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
