No experience in the industry is required for this position.

A qualified candidate for this Porter position can expect starting pay at $17/hr + 10% performance-based bonus, paid out quarterly. .

Our Porters are responsible for the daily upkeep of the community, buildings, pools, and grounds, as well as the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community.
