Reporting to the Head of Legal, the Commercial Counsel (West Coast, Remote) is a strategically important role that will support W&B at a time of rapid growth.

The Commercial Counsel will partner closely with internal business teams on a broad variety of transactional and other business matters.

ResponsibilitiesReview and negotiate master subscription agreements with enterprise customers, working closely with Sales and Finance to drive deals to closureReview and negotiate a wide range of other commercial agreements, including vendor agreements, DPAs and partnership agreements, working with stakeholders across the organizationDevelop Legal enablement materials and conduct trainings for the Go-To-Market teamImplement and improve policies and processes to manage legal and business risk on a global scaleRequirementsJD and a member of a U.S.
