    Responsibilities

    Assist passengers with mobility challenges in navigating the airport, including check-in, security, and boarding processes.
    Safely operate wheelchairs and to transport passengers to their designated locations.
    Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger needs and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
    Collaborate with airline staff and security personnel to ensure a seamless travel experience for all passengers.
    Maintain cleanliness and functionality of wheelchairs and related equipment.
    Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while assisting passengers in the airport environment.

    Skills

    Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively with diverse groups of people.

    Prior Experience in delivery driving, Healthcare, courier services, or food service servers can be beneficial for understanding customer needs and providing assistance effectively in this position.

    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to convey information clearly to passengers and team members.
    Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    Physical stamina to assist passengers and navigate the airport efficiently throughout shifts.

    Payrate:
    $12.50/hr with additional earnings daily from gratuities.


    Job Type:
    Full-time

    Expected hours: 40 hours per week with OT and Gratuity Opportunities.
