• Oversight all HR functions safety onsite at our Madison office. Direct interaction with various levels staff areas performance compensation payroll benefits administration employee relations orientation/training/development policy/procedure development monitoring division budget HR system
• Maintain accurate records employee files Paychex data up to date-roles pay structure other critical details liSupport changes process new hires terminations time off leaves absence efficiently accurately Manage payroll run timely deductions taxes updates correct Handle benefits oversee enrollment health dental life disability plans Execute trainings lead orientations safety training open enrollment company-wide updates Lead efforts conduct walkthroughs enforce policies ensure trained safe practices Drive management administer reviews support leaders coaching employee development Ensure compliance stay up-to-date employment laws meet federal state local requirements Support audits reporting complete I-9s compliance reports required documentation Guide relations handle investigations disciplinary actions terminations professionalism consistency
