In this role you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to cheese production including CIPing equipment reading writing English monitoring DMC production curd checking acids P.H monitoring temperature auger speed cheese temperature operating CEM lab keeping track vats coming out cooker brine room inventory cultures running Secondary Starter Pasteurizer assisting production needs taking passing Pasteurizer test given State Inspector cross training mastering other jobs assigned monitoring CIP brine milk UF cleaning changing fine saver filters performing cheese maker starter maker DMC RMC responsibilities SAP functions maintaining food safety quality working cooperation Maintenance department diagnosing equipment failures issues communicating knowledge equipment assisting Technicians diagnosing failure issue any other duties required or assigned.
