- Support existing CMS business application by troubleshooting issues, analyzing possible cause, defining solutions, and working through defined change control processes to enable quick resolution.
- Work directly with end users and business analysts to understand new/changing business requirements and functional enhancements as requested.
- Develop technical specifications, develop and/or test solutions in support of business requirements.
- Facilitate and coordinate end user support by timely acknowledgement and completion of initial bug triage and assessments.
- Acquire and maintain system and business knowledge needed to support both end users and other internal or external technical teams.
- Support custom interfaces, system enhancements and ETL processes as required.
- Support large installed base of stored procedures, and views.
- Participate in large IT projects when needed.
- Industry knowledge: Natural gas Measurement & Material Balance.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience is required.
- A degree in Computer Science or CIS/MIS is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience Natural gas industry experience preferred, but not required.
- 5+ years of experience designing, developing, integrating, and supporting enterprise commercial applications is required.
- Understanding of client server environments/architecture and Citrix.
- 5+ years of experience developing and supporting SQL-based applications is required.
- 5+ years of experience PowerBuilder development experience, 2021 and/or 2022 preferred.
- 5+ Experience with SQL Server 2016 and above is required.
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL is preferred, but not required.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technology staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem solving, analytical & decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated team player with vision and initiative.
- May require rotational shift for after-hours business support and/or technical maintenance.
- Must be able to travel up to 10%.
