ASC RN Step Down - Birmingham, AL - 13 Weeks Contract Sigma Healthcare team is looking for a Step Down RN to work onsite at our client's facility in Birmingham, ALShift :
19:4- 07:30
Job Summary:
Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization
Responsibilities:
Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate. Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders. Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Complexity of Work:
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.
Personal Protective Minimum Qualifications Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Required Credential(s): ACLS/BLS American Heart Association or client accepted.
Licensed Associate Professional Registered Nurse credentialed from the Alabama Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date Education:
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
