    Overview:


    The Network Administrator will join our team of experienced information system associates in effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure of Scheels.


    Responsibilities:
    Design, install, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise and data center network infrastructure
    Create usable documentation
    Evaluate and recommend network improvements and upgrades
    Remain informed on industry standards and new technology/products
    Excellent analytical skills; superior problem-solving skills with hardware and software issues
    Knowledge of network fundamentals and an understanding of network services


    Preferred Skills:
    Experience supporting and maintaining a large enterprise network with multiple remote locations
    Knowledge of and experience with any of the following

    Cisco Catalyst switches, routers, and wireless infrastructure
    Palo Alto firewalls
    Linux
    Git
    Ansible
    Python
    Cloud networking
    Cisco Unified Communications Manager

    Education & Experience:
    Minimum of an Associate's degree in Computer or Networking related or equivalent experience

    Physical Requirements/Lifting

    Requirements:

    Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation
