    About the Role:

    Wing is looking for a Site Support Manager to join our Operations team based in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our drone delivery service across numerous locations and provide onsite support for our partners.

    What You'll Do:
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations for select partner sites
    • Manage the pick/pack/loading teams for select partner sites
    • Develop, audit, and maintain standard operating procedures at each site
    • Create and maintain the weekly staffing schedules for select partner sites
    • Support and maintain professional relationships with partner store managers
    • Identify and report any operational and technical issues at partner sites
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams (internal and external) to ensure key metrics and customer satisfaction is being met
    What You'll Need:
    • 3+ years of experience in operations in a hyper growth and scale-up environment
    • Ability to analyze operational data to create and execute on operational efficiencies and workflows
    • Ability to multitask and re-prioritize tasks to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities
    • Experience with external relationship building with a Fortune 500 companies and stakeholders
    • Demonstrated success leading teams with execution and implementation
    • Ability to think, plan and execute on projects in an organized fashion
    • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and in teams while still maintaining rigorous attention to detail
    • Understand, audit, and follow compliance on safety protocols (OSHA/HAZMAT)

    $97,000-$109,000 USD
