Job Type: Part-Time

Salary: $21+ an hour based on experience

Sign on bonus for applicants who are currently registered as an RBT.

Brightstone Therapy, a leading provider of behavioral therapy services in Jacksonville, Florida, is seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. If you are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism and related developmental disorders and possess the necessary qualifications, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients as prescribed by the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Implement behavior intervention plans designed to address the individual needs of clients.

Document and track client progress through data collection and daily notes.

Collaborate with the BCBA to ensure effective therapy and data-driven decision-making.

Assist with crisis management and behavior support as needed.

Provide therapy in various settings, including homes, schools, and clinics.

Requirements:

Possession of a valid RBT certification.

Current CPR is not required, but will need to be taken upon hire.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Experience working with individuals in various settings.

Passion for helping individuals with autism and related developmental disorders.
