- Lead analytical development and operations across all stages, from early development to commercialization
- Manage analytical strategies, oversee functional activities for clinical development, regulatory filings, and commercialization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless drug development and manufacturing
- Assess and select suppliers for analytical activities and oversee their activities
- Required Skills, Experience and Education:
- MSc degree in Analytical Chemistry or related field
- 18+ years of experience in biotech/pharmaceutical industry
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Extensive knowledge of drug development, GMP, and regulatory requirements
- Preferred Skills:
- PhD in Analytical Chemistry or related field
