    Description

    Seeking multiple RF Engineers for a reputable aerospace company Our client is a leading provider of technically differentiated electronic components, subsystems, microwave, optical and radio frequency products that connect, protect and control critical applications in the commercial aviation, defense, space, medical, rail, semiconductor test, and industrial market segments.

    Use Electrical, RF and thermal test equipment in support of design validation.
    Translate customer specifications into design, manufacturing, quality, and testing requirements.
    Utilize Thermal, EM and FEA simulation software in support of new product development.
    Interface with suppliers to evaluate component specification and new materials
    Support cross functional design reviews including requirements definition, manufacturability assessments, and application of GD&T.
    Coordinate with on-site manufacturing and quality engineers to facilitate initial build and prototyping of products developed by regional project teams
    Ability to perform root cause analyses utilizing established problem solving tools and methodologies
    Proactively identify project risks and mitigation plans to accelerate the development cycle and ensure delivery commitments are met
    Provide technical support to organizational stakeholders including Manufacturing, Quality, Marketing and Sales
    Participate in and contribute to team training, development, mentoring, on-boarding and audits
    Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 5 years of relevant work experience.
    Proficiency in 3D electromagnetic (EM) simulation and linear circuit analysis
    Proficiency in key RF test equipment such as network analyzers
    Proficiency with CAD including 3D solid modeling. AutoCAD and SolidWorks preferred
    Familiarity with mechanical / finite element analysis
    Ability to analyze complex problems using data-driven approach and define solutions
    Able to clearly communicate and discuss technical concepts in English and Spanish is a plus.
    Knowledge of thin and/or thick film process technology a plus.
    Knowledge of RF, digital, fiber optic, and power interconnects a plus
