    Diamond Factory Service is currently seeking candidates for a Customer Service Representative position in our call center. The CSR position is a very important role within the company. It is often the first exposure the customer has to anyone within the company. Customers can be gained or lost based on the treatment they receive when they call us.

    Are you someone who takes pride in the way you handle customers? Do you find it easy to turn an upset customer into a happy customer? Do you enjoy working in a friendly and casual environment? If yes, this is the job for you


    Job duties include:

    • Answering inbound calls from customers, manufacturers and dealers who need to schedule service for their appliances.
    • Making outbound calls to schedule service.
    • Resolve customer issues and answer questions related to service and repair.
    • Accurately update information within the system.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Candidates must have the following qualifications:


    • Call center experience (preferred)
    • Previous customer service experience
    • Excellent computer skills
    • Articulate and detail oriented
    • Must be able to work between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Mon-Fri

    As an appliance repair technician, you'll work with anything from dishwashers to microwaves to dryers.

    In other words, you'll need to be fairly knowledgeable about large appliances, portable appliances, mechanical work, as well as electrical work.

    You'll deal with more than just appliances, though, as a repair technician, you'll have to deal with people, too.


    Appliance repair technicians must also have skills in high mechanical aptitude, have impeccable written and verbal communication skills, work adeptly with repair tools, be okay with lifting heavy machinery, and of course, be incredibly skilled in troubleshooting problems.
