About the Role
CAM's Repair & Maintenance Division Manager leads our team serving both commercial and multifamily clients. Responsibilities include full P&L responsibility, oversight of On Demand services ranging from handyman to hauling and graffiti removal, to estimating and project management of work such as unit turns, trash chute repair, light tenant improvements, and more.
You will champion and scale Mercury Constellation -- CAM's workforce development model -- founded on building a team of maintenance technicians to serve the multifamily, office, and industrial sectors.
