- Coordinate and oversee both air import and export shipments from start to finish, handling the process from A to Z
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and relevant import and export requirements
- Process and manage documentation for customs clearance
- Provide regular updates on shipment status to both customers and internal teams
- Resolve issues or challenges that may arise during the import and export processes
- Manage billing and invoicing for air import and export shipments
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in air import and export coordination, preferably in a freight forwarding environment
- Knowledge of customs regulations and import and export requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with airfreight carriers and their rates
- CargoWise experience is an advantage
