We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Event Coordinator.

    Job Summary:

    As an Event Coordinator, you will have a vital role in assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of diverse marketing events. You'll collaborate closely with our experienced event management professionals and cross-functional teams to ensure client projects are successfully implemented. This position presents an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and develop valuable skills in event planning, project management, and client relations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Participate in planning and organizing marketing events like conferences, trade shows, product launches, and promotional activities.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements, ensuring event plans align with overall marketing strategies.
    • Aid in coordinating logistics such as venue selection, vendor management, travel arrangements, and equipment rentals.
    • Support the development and execution of event marketing campaigns, including digital promotions, social media strategies, and print collateral.
    • Manage event timelines and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within financial constraints.
    • Handle event registration and attendee management, including ticketing, RSVP tracking, and on-site check-in procedures.
    • Provide on-site support during events, overseeing vendor setup, troubleshooting issues, and managing event operations.
    • Assist with post-event activities, such as collecting attendee feedback, examining event success metrics, and compiling event reports.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in event management and marketing.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
    • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Familiarity with event management software and online registration platforms is advantageous.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as per event schedules.
    • Previous experience or internships in event planning, marketing, or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
    • A passion for creativity, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
