    Job Description:



    The Role

    Do you have many years of data quality experience within a large financial services firm? Are you a curious self- starter who loves data and likes to solve big challenges? If so, there is an amazing opportunity to bring your skills to Fidelity and help build an extraordinary data quality program This role will enable you to advise and shape the process while also forming a team with the goal of accelerating the development and adoption of data quality.

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive data quality strategy aligned with key business objectives and regulatory requirements.
    • Define and technically implement a centralized data quality rules library for alignment and reusability across multiple applications and platforms.
    • Develop scalable process to define and implement data quality standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent data integrity and accuracy.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, data engineering, analytics, and business partners to identify and address quality issues.
    • Establish key performance metrics to measure and supervise data quality improvements over time.


    The Expertise and Skills You Bring
    • Proven experience, building and running a large scale program within a financial services organization
    • Solid understanding of quality concepts and methodologies along with hands-on experience implementing and maintaining tangible solutions
    • Influencing - Strong interpersonal skills, including ability work across the organization and interact / influence / negotiate / collaborate optimally at all levels of management and peers
    • Strong analytical and intuitive skills; ability to perform root cause analysis; is solutions oriented

    The base salary range for this position is $103,000-$174,000 per year. \u00A0

    Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate s relevant experience, and other factors.

    Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation. \u00A0\u00A0
