    Job Description

    We are seeking motivated and energetic experienced civil engineers to join our team in San Diego. The successful candidate will work on a wide variety of interesting and collaborative projects with substantial growth opportunity.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates must have at least eight years' experience in site development, plus engineering, project management, and planning experience.
    • This position requires a B.S. degree or higher, a California P.E. license, and a minimum of five years of experience.
    • Ability to visit job sites to inspect existing conditions and envision potential scope of work requirements.
    • Ability to apply established engineering principles to solve problems and/or overcome obstacles using sound judgement, independent decision making, and prolonged focus.

    Compensation

    The base salary for this role is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, and skills. The expected Salary for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 depending on education, experience, and licensure.
