Madison Health and Rehab is seeking for passionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our growing nursing team.

As a LPN you will work along side the Director of Nursing/Nurse Managers to provide the best quality care to our residents:
administrating IVs and medication and monitoring the resident's vitals.

Sign on Bonus's are paid out per bonus structure $20,000.00 Sign-On Bonus for FT and $10,000.00 for PT

This position is Full-Time or Part-Time with rotation weekends.

Shift:
Day, Evening, and Nights are available

Pay:
$ per hour DOE + $2.50 Shift Diff


Requirements:
Active WI License Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Great customer service skills
Passion to work with the aging population
Great communications skills
Able to work rotating weekends
