Job summary
We are seeking an MDS Coordinator (RN) to join our team at Dove Healthcare - Bloomer. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring RAI/PPS activity, oversight and coordination of Medicare, insurance, VA, and other programs.- Maintaining OBRA and PPS schedules in a timely, accurate and consistent manner.
- Electronic records in accordance with State and Federal rules/regulations and guidelines.
- Maintaining confidentiality of all information related to our residents.
