    Description

    About the Job and the Company: We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Process Engineer. Take a look at the responsibilities and qualifications below:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with equipment suppliers and machine builders on design and kickoff processes.
    • Develop processes for joining, dispensing, cannula tipping, and pad printing.
    • Review and update design prints.
    • Work within QMS and ERP systems.
    • Conduct IQ/OQ/PQ and TMV activities.
    • Support projects with change analysis, risk analysis, and manufacturing readiness.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
    • Conduct qualification, verification, and validation for medical device production.
    • Collaborate with Quality Engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure quality and resolve production floor issues.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in medical device manufacturing assembly lines.
    • Proficiency with semi-automated and automated equipment.
    • Strong background in process development and equipment supplier management.
    • Familiarity with print review and design updates.
    • Experience with QMS, ERP systems, and IQ/OQ/PQ/TMV processes.
    • Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
    • Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies.
