This CSR is a technical position that demands a detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for: tracking, planning sales orders, and communicating with different departments, salespeople, and management; meanwhile working alongside: Production, S/R, and Inventory Specialist, among other administrative task.

As a CSR, you will coordinate with material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials timed to meet production requirements are fulfilled. The position is also responsible for communicating with Production, Accounting, and Sales as well. You will also be communicating to multiple levels of employees and management. The position requires consistent accuracy and the utmost integrity.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

+ Receive incoming calls

+ Answer basic customer service questions

+ Process basic orders

+ Maintain proficiency with computer/internet skills,

+ Data entry terminal and other common office equipment and software

+ Follow company policies and procedures

+ Interacting with Freight Companies

+ Present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

+ AA/BA College Degree is a Major Plus

+ Strong Math skills is mandatory

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Strong Microsoft product skills

+ High level of integrity and honesty

+ Self-motivated

+ Positive and proactive personality
