Outstanding opportunity for a Production Manager overseeing a team of non-union employees and driving continuous improvement efforts to consistently meet performance targets.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage daily meetings and day-to-day needs for production, assembly, and shipping.
• Partner with Planning and Materials teams to ensure correct parts are supplied to cells to meet daily production goals. Communicate any part shortages due to inventory losses, quality defects, or other unforeseen challenges.
• Liaison with sales, supply chain, and production managers to make decisions on expedites and other circumstances that may necessitate a change in schedule.
• Work with Manufacturing Engineering and Quality teams to ensure products are assembled and tested correctly, and quality issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Maintain P&L responsibility for assigned production teams and ensure daily/weekly/monthly revenue and OTD metrics are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in related field required.
• Demonstrated front line leadership experience in Production, Manufacturing, and/or Assembly Operations required.
• Experience in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing
