Job summary
The Customer Experience Lead will support execution of the front of house priorities within the 4 walls and maintain selling floor service and merchandising standards to drive sales and customer experience. The role requires an aspiring leader who can educate, drive results, and maintain high standards.Key responsibilities include ensuring cashiering team is in the right place at the right time, operating with a sense of urgency in managing customer lines, following all directives and corporate guidelines set forth including ensuring areas are neat clean set to standard with necessary supplies that all merchandise movement meets fast to floor expectations. Other key responsibilities include driving loyalty enrollments SaksFirst acquisition Connected Service behaviors to ensure seamless customer experience acting as Connected Service Coach when Assistant Store Director is not in store during peak traffic periods leveraging training walkie talkie expectations for flex coverage assist resolving customer concerns or calling Management support.
