Job description
Empower Phoenix is a small, locally owned company that empowers our clients within their home and community.
We are currently looking for in person clinicians to start in our community location. There is an option to do a hybrid (in person and telepractice) position as well but we are looking for at least 2-3 days on site.
Pay ranges. 30+ for on-site and telepractice, and 45+ for home health.
Supervisory Responsibilities, If Applicable
Assist occupational therapists in providing occupational therapy treatments and procedures. May, in accordance with State laws, assist in development of treatment plans, carry out routine functions, direct activity programs, and document the progress of treatments. Generally, requires formal training.
Purpose:
Empower clients with disabilities participate to their full potential in situations functional to the client, recover from injury to regain skills, and provide supports for older adults experiencing physical and cognitive changes. Produce a customized intervention strategy with the supervising Occupational Therapist to improve the client's ability to perform daily activities and continue to monitor if the outcomes from the evaluation are being met and/or be able to make changes to the current intervention plan.
Population: Typically individuals with Developmental Disabilities from 3-18 years.
