Assistant Branch Manager for our
Farmington Branch.
This position will be responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in establishing specific goals for the department; running the internal sales program; determining work procedures and expediting work flow; insuring department compliance with all operating policies and procedures; directly supervising assigned personnel; communicating with appropriate personnel and providing periodic reports.
Successful candidates will possess an Associates Degree in a related field of study and a minimum of five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; proficient interpersonal relations, communicative and sales skills and a passion for providing superior customer service.
The pay range for this position is $45,000.00 to $57,000.00 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
