    Key Responsibilities
    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to effectively convey XTalk Prep's messages to various stakeholders.
    • Coordinate the creation and distribution of internal and external communications materials, including newsletters, press releases, and social media content.
    • Serve as a liaison between XTalk Prep and external partners, media outlets, and vendors to facilitate communication and collaboration.
    • Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
    • Manage the company's online presence, including website content updates and social media engagement.
    • Assist in organizing and promoting company events, workshops, and conferences.

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    Required Skills & Abilities:
    • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
    • Proven experience in communications, public relations, or related roles.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with communication tools and platforms.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
