    up to 90K based on experience


    Strategic Business Consulting Services has partnered with a manufacturing company based in Bartlesville, OK, and is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.

    This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct financial analysis and create financial reports for plant
    • Evaluate financial data and provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance
    • Develop financial models and forecasts to support business decisionmaking
    • Monitor and analyze financial trends and identify potential risks or opportunities
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement financial strategies
    • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
    • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices
    • Prepare presentations and reports for clients and senior management
    • Participate in financial audits and ensure compliance with regulations and policies
    • Provide support and guidance to junior financial analysts as needed

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
    • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or related role
    • Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices
    • Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other financial software; SAP a plus
    • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • CPA or CFA certification is a plus
