- Bachelors or Masters Degree in a Business related field
- Previous internship or business related experience within Private Equity, Investment Banking, Finance, Economics, Technology, Engineering, Business Development, or Operations and Supply Chain
- Strong business acumen with career aspirations aligned to Business, particularly within Management Consulting, Business Development or Corporate Operations (Talent Management, Corporate Finance, IT or Marketing)

Position Overview:
Analystsare entry level members of our corporate headquarters and engage on a multitude of projects related to Management Consulting, Business Development, Corporate Operations and Organizational Development. The individual in this role rotates through various functions to provide firm-wide support and gain experience in all facets of the business. The Analyst is expected to be capable of being placed in any business environment, quickly assimilate the current needs, execute and drive the project to success, and gather valuable experience after each assignment. This role is designed to be an entry point into the firm and build the necessary skills for a successful career in Management Consulting. These skills are taught and learned by working closely with Managers and Executives within the firm while consistently delivering the highest level of quality and professionalism.
Career Progression:
The Analyst role is purposefully designed to give motivated, top-tier recent graduates (and individuals early in their career) exposure to the industry and provide an opportunity to quickly make an impact. Successful Analysts that possess above-average drive, effectivity and maturity will have an opportunity to quickly transition to career accelerating avenues, including the client facing Implementation Specialist role within Management Consulting or the Associate role within Business Development.
