- We are seeking a Logistics Admin to join our Logistics/ Order Management team. In this role, you will work with and communicate cross-functionally with internal customers, multiple departments and teams.
- Maintain sales orders to ensure they are updated as engineering changes are implemented.
- Attend meetings as a representative of the team to exchange information with other departments.
- Provide accurate, timely, and up-to-date order status to requestors via email, database tools, verbally, or other methods.
- Report proactive order status in times of heavy backlog or longer than expected lead times.
- Processes Internal orders, No Charge orders, and other non-standard orders and ensures timely shipment and reporting.
- Ensure sales orders are rescheduled and shipments are processed as material becomes available.
- Work with Customer Service Reps globally to ensure order accuracy, and timely removal of delivery blocks preventing shipment or billing blocks preventing invoicing.
- Adapt to changing priorities, multi-task, and prioritize work to successfully accomplish job duties.
- Job Posting Qualifications
- High School diploma or General Equivalent Diploma (GED) required. Some level of further education/formal training preferred.
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in similar role
- Experience creating and maintaining spreadsheets/documents in Microsoft Word/Excel
- Requires accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize most critical action items/orders.
