    What to expect

    The Marketing Data Analyst is essential in monitoring and organizing data for the digital department, both internal and external viewers, playing a key role in building datasets to analyze marketing performance, guiding performance and working with fellow team members in designing and implementing reports.

    What you will do

    • Report on and monitor client website data, alerting fellow team members when data fluctuates below desired levels; help identify areas of opportunity
    • Work with Digital Strategy team members to measure ROI of advertising campaigns
    • Report on marketing KPIs such as impressions, MQLs, conversions, website traffic, and social media engagement
    • Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates) and make recommendations based on findings
    • Create presentations/other visual aids to provide market and consumer insights to cross functional departments and clients
    • Objectively report on data, working with fellow team members to make strategic recommendations on campaign/website next steps
    • Ability to pull actionable insights and communicate to clients and/or client teams
    • Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns
    • Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data
    • Work closely with strategy team members to identify opportunities for new client acquisition
    • Work with internal teams on internal data analysis
    • Design, build and support custom reporting and analysis dashboards
    • Manage reporting systems (NinjaCat, PowerBI or Tableau)
    • Other duties as assigned

    What we look for

    • Must have excel and data spreadsheet experience, GA4 certified
    • 4+ years experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role (agency experience highly preferred)
    • BS in Marketing, analytics, or relevant field
    • Strong understanding of digital campaign strategies and SEO best practices
    • Hands on experience with PPC and social campaigns and systems
    • Possess excellent written and verbal skills; ability to cater messaging to audiences
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic and ever-evolving environment; desire to continuously learn and be a subject matter expert
    • Expertise in managing expectations against timelines and project delivery
    • Strong qualitative and quantitative skills with ability to weave data into a compelling narrative

    Compensation: $65-80K/ Year DOE
