    This company are looking to add to their Colorado team and are hiring for a Substation P&C Designer/Engineer.

    The ideal candidate is someone who is looking for an organisation where they can progress and has a desire for culture involvement within their working environment. For the perfect candidate the company will be open to discuss whether this position will be remote or hybrid.

    This candidate will have experience and take on the following responsibilities:

    • Be responsible for the design and quality control of system protection and control projects for high voltage utility substations. This includes relay one-lines, three-lines, AC / DC schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, bill of material, etc.
    • Interface with internal and external team members, such as Principal Engineers, Project Engineers, Electrical Designers, Physical Designers, Draftsmen, Project Managers, outside contractors and support organizations.
    • Have Substation Protection and Control Design experience
    • CAD Experience
    • Physical design experience

    Qualifications

    • 4 year engineering degree or technical degree
    • Experience with P&C
    • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
    • Excellent written and oral communications skills
