Job summary

The Legal Administrative Assistant will handle high-volume workloads in litigation administration with responsibilities including calendaring case deadlines, public records research, e-filing in courts,
e-creating Sharefile links processing invoices submitting check requests processing pro formas submitting conflict checks preparing engagement letters communicating with clients regarding receipt of retainers pulling information to respond to billing inquiries from clients following up with cold callers submitting reimbursements registering attorneys for events and CLEs assisting attorneys marketing to prepare for events recording attorney time in iTimekeep word processing large copy projects closing files scanning documents breaking apart old hearing binders for shredding any other duties assigned by Office Administrator.
  • At least 1 year of administration experience in civil multi-party complex litigation.
  • High School Diploma or higher.
