Operations/Credit Support Specialist, full-time position located in the Administration South office, Turlock, CA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
The Operations/Credit Support Specialist will support the operational and credit duties of our distressed loan portfolio in the Special Assets Department.
Operational and Credit Support duties include performing daily banking functions of processing payments and disbursements; closely monitor assignment proceeds and production records; maintain insurance documentation; maintain and certify member loan files; and process incoming and outgoing mail.
This position will also manage loan activity through use of Work in Progress Report and Action Management Report to monitor receipt of BBC's/Feed Inventory Reports, order chattel appraisals, request updated financial information for loan reviews and loan renewals and prepare conversion documents.
Prepare Borrower Rights distressed loan and collection/delinquency letters, order loan closing documents from Title Company, complete UCC filings and searches, property tax searches and credit reports, and prepare loan documents through use of Loan Documentation software.
Perform other duties as assigned.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
BA/BS preferred, minimum requirement Associate Degree in Business, Accounting, or equivalent considered.
Knowledge of agriculture is desirable.
Preferred experience in banking or related work experience.
Must have good computer skills and be proficient in Windows, Excel, Word, and Adobe.
Must have a good understanding of accounting and finance.
Must have good analytical and statistical skills to evaluate, prioritize, and categorize data for credit related activities.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Must generate highly accurate work, meet deadlines, and effectively manage changing priorities.

Position is also eligible to participate in annual incentive program (performance related compensation) earning up to 10% of annual base salary.
