Come work in an environment where it is all about foodFull-time and Part-time, Retail Sales Associates @ South Hills Village are wanted immediately for The Spice & Tea Exchange, a specialty retail shop that sells spices, herbs, teas, spice blends, rubs and related products.

    ResponsibilitiesA The Spice & Tea Exchange Employee may be expected to:

    Know The Spice & Tea Exchange brandLearn our brand story and be prepared to share with curious customersMaintain solid, accurate, and current product knowledge for all categories by completing product knowledge training and reading applicable publications as directedLike our customersWarmingly welcome customers into our store, provide a brief store tour and invite them to explore the flavors by lifting lids and smelling the jarsStay engaged with customers throughout their time in the store, answering product questions and making suggestions for useExplain promotions and the benefits our loyalty programEfficiently use POS system to complete sales, process gift cards, returns, exchanges and phone ordersTake pride in our storeReplenish shelves and displays as needed and note low stock levels as per standard operating procedureStrictly adhere to all Food Safety rules and regulationsPackage product for display as needed and directed by store managerIs this you?
