Wesleyan Village is seeking a Dining and Hospitality Director

The Dining and Hospitality Director is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the dining and hospitality department. Looking at the daily budgets, as well as yearly and qaurtlery budgets for the proper amount ordered and prepared. The Director will follow state and local procedures and polocies by implementing new tactics and ideas for staff.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a high satisfaction rate for staff, residents, and families when preparing food
• Monitoring daily, qaurterly, and yearly budgets to keep within qouta
• Implementing audits, ensuring a timely and proper manner for delivering food
• Determine and evaluate food service practice standards in storage, preperation, serving, and disposal of food
• Manage number of staff, hours of work, job assignments, and job duties
• Provide evaluations of all staff, yearly

Qaulifications:

• Must have experience as a Dining and Hospitality Director
• Must have experience in healthcare
