    Business Development Manager Summary:

    PrideStaff is looking for a Business Development Manager in our Gainesville office. The Business Development Manager requires a self-starter, goal oriented, energetic team player to successfully meet the needs of our clients and business. This role is part sales, recruiting, and placement of candidates in positions with local Businesses. We are seeking someone who is detail oriented, has strong relationship skills, and strives to exceed sales goals.

    Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

    • Develop new business leads that turn into contracts and placements.
    • Generate sales to contribute to the branch's overall revenue, gross profit, and net profit.
    • Generate temporary Service sales by developing new client relationships.
    • Meet quarterly and yearly sales, gross margin, and profit targets.
    • Foster relationships with new clients
    • Business Development Manager maintains relationships at the critical decision-maker level with high potential accounts.
    • Must have the ability to develop sales plans for each marketing opportunity.
    • Network across all areas of business to establish new client relationships.


    Business Development Manager Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree is preferred but can be substituted for similar experience.
    • H.S. Diploma or GED is required of all employees.
    • 2+ years' experience in outside sales.
    • Experience selling to all levels of staff at corporate clients.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Develop new client sales and leads for temporary usage.
    • Qualify leads, identify potential targets.
    • Develop sales plans for each marketing opportunity.
    • Business Development Manager develops relationships with all levels or buyers at target companies.
    • Visits conducted to include: client profile, action plan development, coach development, quality assessment, continuous improvement, assignment development, project management, and service team intro, a tour of facilities, performance review, and planning
    • Develop business contacts through active participation in business-oriented or community programs.


    Preferred Education and Experience

    • BBA preferred.
    • Staffing Industry experience is Preferred
    • Outside Sales experience within B2B Required
